Because our garments are produced as part of our pre-order model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or a change in personal preference.

Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@vaapparel.co.nz with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition where a return is required.

Please note that slight variations in print placement, texture or finish may occur as each garment is individually produced and are not considered faults.
